使用backup migrate不能恢复，临时文件夹遇到权限问题何解？

windows7，本地环境

php5.5 apache

Exception: Unable to create directory 'G:\Web\temp/backup_migrate_57dfe7aa4cf31/docroot/D:' inArchive_Tar->_error() (line 635 of G:\Web\www\local\modules\system\system.tar.inc).

求教大神

感觉是没有权限写文件，可以在后台设置一下文件系统，点击保存一下，保证系统文件夹以及私有文件夹可写。
